Simple and contemporary shapes with large terraces projecting towards the lake and internal spaces that interact directly with the landscape thanks to the panoramic openings.
The building will be connected to the parking lot and the road by an inclined rack and pinion lift which will run along the west side of the land.

Un terreno sulla collina a ridosso dell’abitato di Cannero Riviera caratterizzato dalla presenza di vari terrazzamenti sostenuti da muri in pietra a secco e da un'esposizione invidiabile con vista a picco sull'abitato sottostante.
Una nuova costruzione a due piani ad uso casa vacanza per i proprietari olandesi dotata di ogni confort e di una infinity-pool che affaccia sul lago.
Forme semplici e contemporanee con grandi terrazze agettanti verso il lago e spazi interni che dialogano direttamente con il paesaggio grazie alle aperture panoramiche.
Il fabbricato sarà collegato al parcheggio e alla strada con un ascensore inclinato a cremagliera che correrà lungo il versante ovest del terreno.
