CASA BEA
In the small town of Gurro in the Cannobina Valley (810 meters above sea level), an old existing building on the edge of the historic town has been renovated and raised. Three floors of housing were built with a large porch facing the rooms. The regulatory constraint of maintaining the forms of the local architecture led to the creation of a building with traditional forms while the interiors were characterized by modern and contemporary finishes: the fireplace and the internal staircase in folded sheet metal with a brushed finish are unique pieces designed and created tailored. The renovation of a large part of the walls and floors with an insulated honeycomb concrete structure guarantees a unique quality of life also from a thermal point of view in the cold mountain winters.

Nel piccolo abitato di Gurro in Valle Cannobina ( 810 mt. slm.) è stato ristrutturato e sopraelevato un vecchio fabbricato esistente a margine dell'abitato storico. Si sono realizzati tre piani di abitazione con ampio porticato prospiciente le stanze. Il vincolo normativo di mantenere le forme dell'architettura locale ha portato a realizzare una costruzione dalle forme tradizionali mentre gli interni sono stati caratterizzati da finiture moderne e contemporanee: il camino e la scala interna in lamiera piegata con finitura spazzolata sono pezzi unici disegnati e realizzati su misura. Il rifacimento di buona parte delle murature e dei solai con struttura coibentata in calcestruzzo alveolato garantisce una qualità di vita unica anche dal punto di vista termico nei freddi inverrni di montagna.
