A new building for a family that was, as requested by the owners, highly performing in terms of thermal performance, was designed and built with a prefabricated wooden structure.
In this building the architectural forms and the volumes intersect each other, creating plays of protrusions and recesses integrated by the light and dark coloring of the exteriors walls.
The favorable exposure to the south-east and the view towards the lake complete the musts of this building in a quiet area but close to the centre of Verbania.

Una nuova costruzione per una famiglia che fosse, come da richiesta dei proprietari, altamente performante dal punto di vista delle prestazioni termiche, è stata progettata e realizzata con struttura prefabbricata in legno .
In questo fabbricato le forme architettoniche e i volumi si intersecassero tra loro creando giochi di aggetti e rientranze integrati dalla colorazione in chiaro e scuro dei prospetti.
L'esposizione favorevole verso sud-est e la vista verso lago completano i must di questa costruzione in zona tranquilla ma vicina al capoluogo Verbanese.
