LA VILLETTA
A piece of land on the hills of Trarego Viggiona, nestled in the woods and with a panoramic view of the lake, hosted the construction of this house built according to CasaClima criteria.
The privacy of the part of the house facing the rear street is guaranteed by the linear walls covered in stone slabs, while the part towards the lake is completely glazed and open to the surrounding landscape and nature. Two outdoor terraces to fully enjoy the summer and the landscape. The garage with a large overhang completes the interplay of architectural volumes that make this building unique.

LA VILLETTA
Un terreno sulle colline di Trarego Viggiona, incastrato nel bosco e con vista panoramica sul lago, ha ospitato la costruzione di questa abitazione costruita secondo i criteri di CasaClima.
La privacy della parte di abitazione che affaccia verso la strada restrostante è garantita dalle pareti lineari rivestite in lastre di pietra, mentre la parte verso lago è completamente vetrata e aperta al paesaggio e alla natura circostante. Due terrazze esterne per godere pienamente della bella stagione e del paesaggio. Il garage con grande sbalzo completa il gioco dei volumi architettonici che rendono unica questa costruzione.
