MONASTERO SPAGNOLO
Municipality of trarego Viggiona, a group of rustic buildings that have almost completely collapsed, the memory of an ancient monastery of Spanish friars transferred to Italian territory.
The works in the project envisaged the construction of a residential complex for medium-sized holiday homes equipped with a living room-kitchen, bedroom and toilet as well as external terraces and jacuzzi pools, immersed in the greenery of the forest, with a wonderful view of the lake. Minimalist constructions with pure lines characterize these houses which are immersed in the landscape, giving the owners a regenerating stay.

Comune di trarego Viggiona, un gruppo di fabbricati rustici ormai quasi completamente crollati, memoria di un antico monastero di frati spagnoli trasferiti in territorio Italiano.
Le opere in progetto hanno previsto di realizzare un complesso residenziale per case vacanza di media metratura dotati di soggiorno-cucina camera e wc oltre a terrazze esterne e piscine jacuzzi, immerse nel verde del bosco, con stupenda vista a lago. Costruzioni minimaliste e dalle linee pure caratterizzano queste abitazioni che si immergono nel paesaggio donando ai proprietari un soggiorno rigenerante.
